13 new trainees start their careers

In August and September 13 young talents started their vocational training programs at H&T’s three German production sites as electronics and mechatronics technicians, toolmakers or industrial clerk.

The companies in Crimmitschau, Hilchenbach and Marsberg currently employ 58 trainees in total, representing an average trainee rate of 6.5 %.
