Study by the daily newspaper 'Die Welt' on Germany's best employers awards Heitkamp & Thumann Group the distinction of 'high attractiveness'

The Heitkamp & Thumann Group is once again one of the best employers in Germany. For the second year in a row, the study by the daily newspaper "Die Welt" in cooperation with the analysis institute Service Value GmbH comes to this conclusion.

"We are delighted to receive this award again," says Claudia Brüggen, Director Human Resources, "it shows that good cooperation with appealing work conditions strengthen the attractiveness."

More than 800,000 citizens rated a total of 3,953 German companies in terms of their image and attractiveness as an employer. In a comparison of companies from the industry sector, the Heitkamp & Thumann Group received an above-average score in the category "high attractiveness".

The daily newspaper "Die Welt" collaborated with the analysis institute Service Value GmbH for its ranking. In nationwide surveys, it was investigated how attractive German companies are perceived by the population. The study "Germany's Best Employers" presents the results in rankings. It examined "which companies are noticeably authentic as employers and enjoy a high level of credibility among the population".
