H&T Battery Components: Successful start of production at H&T Nevada

H&T Battery Components, a division of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group, one of the world's leading manufacturers of precision-formed metal and plastic components, has successfully started its production at its new plant H&T Nevada in Sparks (USA).

The start of production marks an important milestone in achieving Heitkamp & Thumann Group’s ambitious strategic growth strategy for the coming years by taking on a leading role as a major supplier of metal components for lithium-ion battery technology, used in hybrid, plug-in hybrid and battery electric vehicles.

Since 2016 the Group is investing significantly in self-developed proprietary production technology for H&T Nevada, creating more than 100 new jobs in Sparks.
