Run-enthusiastic employee teams of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group take part at METRO Marathon 2019

At this year's METRO Marathon on April 28, 2019 in Düsseldorf, a total of 72 runners and 18 relay teams started for the Heitkamp & Thumann Group. Employees from the Group’s sites in Crimmitschau, Düsseldorf, Marsberg, Hilchenbach (Germany) as well as Tarragona (Spain) and Hustopeče (Czech Republic) participated in the event. The fastest team made it to rank 8 out of over 2,500 participating teams. As in previous years, this year's event started and concluded with a joint get-together of all participating employees the evening before and right after the relay race.

In 2019, the METRO Marathon took place for the 17^th time. The Heitkamp & Thumann Group was represented by employee teams for the sixth time in a row.
