Heitkamp & Thumann Group announces release of innovation brochure

Düsseldorf, Germany – April 12, 2017 - The Heitkamp & Thumann Group, one of the world's leading manufacturers of precision-formed metal and plastic components, is pleased to announce the release of its new innovation brochure: Innovation at Heitkamp & Thumann Group. This 28-page, full-color brochure presents a sampling of the Group’s product and process innovations. Furthermore, it describes the approach of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group to strengthen its innovation culture and to identify and address hidden customer needs.

The cross-divisional innovation committee of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group defines innovation as process of making changes, large and small, radical and incremental, to products, technologies, processes, business models and services resulting in something new that adds value to customers.

In addition, it includes information about Heitkamp & Thumann Group’s cross-functional and cross-divisional innovation approach and features a guest article by Dr. Keith Goffin, Professor of Innovation, New Product Development and Process Management at Cranfield School of Management (UK).
