Excellent apprenticing company 2020

H&T Tool Design, a company of the H&T Group, which focuses on stamping and forming tools made of steel, carbide, ceramics and electrical engineering, has once again received the seal of approval "Excellent apprenticing company". This award is granted by the Ertragswerkstatt GmbH, mainly based on surveys of young professionals.

For the result, Ertragswerkstatt GmbH collects information on the training concept and key figures about the personnel managers. At the same time, an anonymous survey is conducted among all trainees on the topics of competence and supervision by the trainers, working conditions, personnel development and career planning, identification with the company and special offers in addition to training.

The seal of approval stands for a high level of commitment of the company in vocational training, a high level of satisfaction of the trainees and a positive assessment of the training situation by the apprentices.

We are proud of this result and are already looking forward to the start of the apprenticeships in August!
