1. Metal Hose

A hollow metal tube designed to carry exhaust gases. Metal Hoses are indispensable as decoupling elements in commercial vehicle exhaust systems. The assembly of flexible decoupling elements is with tube and/or clamp fittings.

Improved decoupling element with eliminates the escaping of exhaust gases into the environment.

1. Name plates and badges
Injection moulded parts with high finished surfaces as a design element for the automotive industry.

 

2. Laser etching
Removal of lacquer on plastic injection moulded parts by means of energy conversion to receive a unique coloring. Example of usage: automotive interior parts (day and night design).

 

3. Day and night design
Design which is both visible during the day and at night. This is reached by a special manufacturing procedure (see laser etching).   

 

4. Varnishing
High finished surface treatment by special manual painting on plastic injection moulded parts like emblems and badges.

 

5. Painting
Automated, replicable, highest level painting by use of a Venjacob coating line. 

 

6. 2K injection moulding
Two component injection moulding using two different materials at the same time which results in two different materials in one finished part.

 

7. Chroming
High level chrome plating on plastic injection moulded parts.

 

8. Hot stamping
Application of foils by means of heat and pressure (chrome and RAL colors are possible to be applicated).

 

9. Pad printing
Transfer of multicolor decors by means of printing technology.
