Namaste!

This is one of the most commonly known and used form in India to offer one’s compliments to a partner. And now we have the pleasure to say “Namaste” as well to a new member within H&T Automotive Components/Westfalia Metal Hose Group:

 

On December 21, 2009,  Westfalia India received the official Certificate of Incorporation. In the meantime we were able to find an appropriate location covering 1,200 sqm for setting up the new production premise for flexible metal hoses in Pune.

 

On February 3, 2010, the letter of intent was signed and the site will be available for the set-up phase of machinery starting March 1, 2010.

 

The premise is located in a prime industrial area and very close to some of our customers like Mahindra Navistar, Volkswagen, GM, Daimler and Tata Motors.

We would like to take the chance to thank Satish Rao for his great support in successfully finalizing the foundation procedure and are very pleased to welcome him as the new Managing Director of Westfalia in India. In his new position he will directly report to the Chairman of the Managing Board of the Westfalia Metal Hose Group.
